About the Partnership

FES delivers Hello, It's Me®, a Medicaid-reimbursable assistive technology platform for adults and young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Arc Angel Communications is a Massachusetts disability-owned business that provides consulting, public relations and inclusion strategy to corporations, public agencies and nonprofits. It partners with FES under the Commonwealth's Supplier Diversity Program.

Together, the partners bring accessible communication and disability inclusion expertise to how the Program reaches individuals, families and providers across Massachusetts.
