People with IDD go unseen by the systems built to support them. What goes unseen goes unsupported. What goes unsupported gets lost. We build the technology that ends the invisibility.
A Medicaid-reimbursable assistive technology platform built from the ground up for adults with IDD. Structured digital interaction, engagement coaching, and multiple ways to access it.

We serve the person and the workforce who support the person. The connection between the two is the whole company.

Nothing was missing in my cousin. What was missing was a system willing to see him.

The person, the workforce, and the funding rarely connect. Information sits in silos. The individual carries the cost of the gaps.

We are building toward vocational rehabilitation and employment supports, so the path does not end at connection. These pathways are in development, not live. We name them as direction, not as current delivery.
Most tools serve one side. We connect both. The workforce VantageIDD certifies supports the individuals on Hello, It's Me®. The data, the training, and the care move together.
Purpose-built interaction, life skills, and relationship coaching.
Training aligned to recognized standards of practice.

I grew up in a middle-class home in India. At 19 I left a steady path and built my first company. First-generation entrepreneur, no safety net, no blueprint. In 2008 I came to the United States. I built education technology for over a decade. The past several years I have built healthcare technology, and I bring every lesson from education into this work.
The reason runs deeper than any company.
I had a cousin. We grew up together, same school from kindergarten, playing side by side. To me he was simply another kid. My cousin, my friend. The bond never broke.
The world saw him differently. People around us looked at him as less, and for a while their frame crept into mine. I sensed something missing in him, and the feeling troubled me.
I was wrong. As I grew up, the truth landed. Nothing was missing in my cousin. What was missing was a system willing to see him. He lived with Down syndrome no one named and no one acknowledged. The problem was never him. The problem was every structure built to support him and failing him.
He died of cardiac arrest. He left this world the way the world treated him, unseen.
I carry him into every part of this work. Across much of the world, people with intellectual and developmental disabilities stay unnamed and unsupported. Even in the United States, with more resources than anywhere, 7 million adults with IDD live outside the digital and social world the rest of us assume. Loneliness is the surface. Invisibility is the root. What goes unseen goes unsupported. What goes unsupported gets lost.
Focus EduSolutions exists to end the invisibility. Hello, It's Me® is a person saying I am here. VantageIDD trains the workforce to recognize the needs no one recognized for my cousin. RelateSpark rebuilds the connection isolation takes. One company. One purpose. Every person with IDD seen, supported, and connected. One hello at a time.

First-generation entrepreneur. 35 years across education and healthcare technology. MBA, Northeastern University. Vik grew up alongside his cousin, who had Down syndrome, unseen by every system meant to support him. That loss became the foundation for Focus EduSolutions. He has built and scaled education and healthcare technology platforms for over a decade, and brings every lesson from that work into this mission. One company. One purpose. Every person with IDD seen, supported, and connected.

Adults with IDD sit outside the digital and social systems the rest of us use. Medicaid spends over 60 billion dollars a year on IDD services, and the workforce supporting these individuals turns over at 43 to 50 percent.
