Hello, It’s Me is one of the many product offerings by Focus EduSolutions. Hello, It’s Me is an app created as a safe place for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) to learn, interact, connect and have fun through our products and community.
The Inspiration Behind the Product
Hello, It’s Me was born out of necessity. During COVID many of us became isolated from friends, colleagues and our communities. Our lives and routines were disrupted – This was particularly hard for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Hello, It’s Me is an app designed to bring the community back together through five sections of the app: Stories, Dating, Relationship Coaching, Live Events, and Gaming. Each feature of this app is designed to help folks with IDD create and find meaningful connections with others and practice important life skills all while gaining their self-confidence and a sense of belonging.
